Allison and Peter

I love my Alli. Don't get me wrong, Peter is an awesome dude, but my Alli is just fabulous for a chickie!
I started off the day in Allison's suite at the Inn at St. Johns. I LOVE LOVE the rooms there- so great and picturesque. Taking photos in any of the rooms because of the light is great- if you have a balcony room- it's that much better!
I laid all of Allison's wedding goods out for some detail shots- her dress, veil, shoes, jewelery, etc. Once those shots were complete, I got some great photos of her putting her couture gown on. I LOVED her dress- it was so different and unique! Don't get me wrong, ALL of my brides make beautiful choices for their wedding dresses, but her gown was one I had never seen before, except in magazines.
Once we were finished on the suite, it was time for the ceremony to begin in the chapel!
After the mass and the group family photos, we headed out to the waterfall and garden area for the photos of the bride and groom and their bridal party.

The reception was held in the Judea room, and they really went all out. The wine theme was extremely prevalent, as there were wine artifacts all over the place. They mixed that with an Italian vineyard theme, and you picked up on it everywhere you went. One reason why I was so touched is because for their favors, they gave a crystal wine glass with wine charms attached. To make me comfortable, Allison sat me at the table with her mom, and it was then her mom explained to me how she spent hours trying to find me a wine charm for my glass that was a camera and couldn't find one; so she opted for an "A" charm. I was so touched it brought me to tears- It made me feel very good and special!
As always, the food was fabulous at St. Johns, and we really couldn't have had a better day!

Congrats Allison and Peter! Remember Allison, dad is watching you from above and is very proud :) xoxoxoxoxooxox

*Future Brides Tip: Keep in mind that no matter what type of ceremony you will have, you will most likely sign your marriage license afterwards, before the group photos begin. This will last about 10 minutes!
